About The Position
Embassy Suites by Hilton in Marlborough is looking for a dependable, energetic Morning Breakfast Cook to join our Food & Beverage team. Our complimentary cooked-to-order breakfast is one of the highlights of our guests' stay, and we're looking for someone who takes pride in creating a great dining experience. The typical hours are 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM, with weekend and holiday availability required based on business needs. This role involves preparing and cooking breakfast items according to brand standards, maintaining the breakfast buffet and cooking stations, ensuring food safety and quality, and assisting with stocking and cleaning duties. The ideal candidate will have previous breakfast or line cook experience, the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and a positive, team-first attitude.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A strong desire to make an impact on other people
- An outgoing and engaging personality
- Advanced knowledge of the local area
- Computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
- Must be available to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook breakfast items according to Embassy Suites and Hilton standards
- Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet and cooking stations
- Ensure food is prepared safely, accurately, and in a timely manner
- Monitor food quality, freshness, and presentation throughout breakfast service
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with stocking, prep work, and cleaning duties
- Work collaboratively with the Food & Beverage team to provide an outstanding guest experience
