This role provides customer service in various outlets including buffets and food stations and assists in managing station food preparation to meet the demands of service. The position requires working Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays, typically from 5am-2pm. Candidates must be capable of working independently, efficiently, expediting under pressure, and being organized, while also being able to support the next service. Speed and organization are key factors for successful service. There is potential for more hours/work if interested. The role involves complying with all Hotel and Departmental procedures and policies.
