About The Position

Maine Course Hospitality Group is seeking a part-time Breakfast Cook for Saturday and Sunday mornings. This role is responsible for preparing and serving breakfast, maintaining the buffet and breakfast area, and providing excellent guest service to ensure guests have a positive start to their day. The hours are from 5:30 am to 12:00 pm.

Requirements

• Friendly, service-oriented, and dependable
• Ability to follow safety, cleanliness, and food handling standards
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks
• Able to work mornings, weekends, and holidays

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in food service, hospitality, or guest services preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide outstanding hospitality and customer service
• Prepare and serve breakfast items including coffee, muffins, bagels, cereals, and fruit
• Maintain buffet and breakfast areas; clean spills, wipe tables, and stock supplies
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
• Empty trash and maintain kitchen and guest areas in a clean, organized, and safe condition
• Assist co-workers and collaborate with other hotel departments as needed
• Provide guests with information about hotel amenities and local attractions
• Respond professionally to guest requests or complaints
• Represent MCHG positively in the community
