About The Position

Mise en place, preparation, and dish assembly are second nature to you; you have excellent organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure. Come put some passion on our plates! Availability required: from 5:30 AM to 1:30 PM.
Requirements
- A professional diploma in institutional cooking
- Two years of relevant experience in the restaurant industry
- Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques
- Ability to work as part of a team, with a focus on quality and efficiency
- Autonomy, adaptability, and a sense of responsibility
Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and process food using various methods and techniques, ranging from simple to specialized, all under the guidance of the executive chef
- Perform food picking, washing, peeling, and cutting operations
- Ensure proper segmentation, assembly, and packaging of food items
- Ensure proper rotation and storage of food supplies
- Adhere to the quality standards established within the team
