Requirements

  • Previous experience cooking in a kitchen.
  • Outstanding verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to function calmly, professionally, and efficiently in stressful situations.
  • Must be able to be on your feet for the entire shift.

Nice To Haves

  • Will need to be willing to help out in other areas of the kitchen and food court as needed.
  • Assist in catering events when needed.
  • Able to lead staff when management is not present.
  • Recognize and fix problems before they happen and effect guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Providing excellent customer service to our residents, staff, and guests.
  • Prepare and cook all Breakfast items as listed on the rotation menu.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary work area and safety standards.
  • Follow all recipes to ensure consistent quality.
  • Ensure you have all ingredients and supplies to correctly follow the menu.
  • Ensure all Heath codes are being used by entire kitchen staff.
  • Prep/thaw all your items for the next day’s business.
  • Be part in organization of all food storage.
  • Able to work in a team environment.
  • Communication with hot line attendant on amounts of food usages.
