About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Breakfast Cook to join our culinary team. Hours are: 6am - 2pm

Requirements

• Proven experience as a breakfast cook or in a similar culinary role
• Knowledge of breakfast food preparation and cooking techniques
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
• Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook breakfast items according to established recipes and quality standards
• Ensure all breakfast dishes are prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and cooking stations
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
• Assist in inventory management and stock rotation of ingredients
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during early hours
