About The Position

Our hunting lodge is seeking a Breakfast Cook/Housekeeper. This position can be one person doing both roles, or can be divided into two part-time positions. The right person would need to be dependable, efficient, able to work independently, and comfortable with the pace and expectations of a lodge setting, including early mornings for cooking. Hours for this position depend on the number of guests and the season. This is a 12-month position.

Responsibilities

• Breakfast preparation
• Make coffee and set up supplies
• Table and utensil setup
• Buffet set up and customer-specific food preparation
• Kitchen cleaning
• Wipe all counter surfaces with sanitizer
• Cupboard doors, handles, etc.
• Clean grill and other cooking surfaces
• Sweep floors
• Mop floors
• Room cleaning
• Launder bedding and bath towels
• Remake beds
• Clean and stock bathrooms
• Dust, disinfect, and vacuum guest rooms
• Lodge cleaning
