Breakfast Attendant-Part Time
About The Position
Breakfast Attendants are responsible for assembling and disassembling breakfast buffets, and ensuring that the buffet remains well-stocked at all times. In full-service establishments, Breakfast Attendants receive orders from customers, communicate these to the kitchen staff, and clear tables. This role involves providing personalized service to all guests, setting up and maintaining the breakfast bar according to brand standards, taking inventory of necessary supplies, preparing simple food items like fresh fruit and coffee, arranging cold food items, clearing and cleaning tables, preparing and setting up hot food items, consistently restocking items, and washing serving equipment.
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED certification or equivalent experience preferred.
- Must have basic Reading, Writing, and Math skills.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- Customer Service Skills required.
- Prioritization and time management skills required.
- Must have a strong attention to detail

Responsibilities
- Providing personalized service to all guests
- Setting up and maintaining the breakfast bar as required by brand standards
- Taking inventory of food, beverages, and supplies needed for each day
- Preparing foods such as fresh fruit, coffee, and juices from concentration
- Setting out/arranging cold food, such as pastries, cereals, etc.
- Clearing and cleaning tables as they are vacated
- Preparing and setting up hot food items
- Restocking items consistently throughout breakfast hours and for the next day
- Washing serving equipment and returning to storage
- Other and all duties, projects, and tasks assigned by management
