Responsible for preparing and serving the daily breakfast bar, greeting each guest and ensuring that guests are comfortable and satisfied. This role involves interacting with guests, handling special requests, and providing personalized service. The attendant will set up and maintain the breakfast bar according to brand standards, manage inventory of food, beverages, and supplies, and order necessary items to ensure full stock. Responsibilities include preparing simple food items like fresh fruit, coffee, and juices, stocking beverage machines, arranging hot and cold food items, and clearing tables. The attendant must follow brand-provided menu requirements, maintain cleanliness of the breakfast area, and assist other team members and departments as needed. Safety procedures must be followed, and adherence to the team member handbook is expected, including punctuality and following the 5x10 rule (anticipating and addressing guest needs, assisting individuals with disabilities, and thanking guests with appreciation). Other duties may be assigned by management.
