About The Position

The Breakfast Attendant prepares food for the buffet line and serves guests. This position requires availability at 4:30 AM and typically involves weekend and holiday availability. The role includes setting up the line for opening, serving and assisting customers courteously, preparing food according to brand standards, and maintaining cleanliness of the serving line. End-of-shift duties involve cleaning and breaking down the serving line.

Requirements

• Ability to lift a minimum of 30 lbs.
• Ability to walk and stand for eight hour shifts.
• Availability at 4:30 AM.
• Weekend and holiday availability.

Responsibilities

• Set up line for opening.
• Understand serving portions as instructed.
• Serve and assist customers in a pleasant and courteous manner at all times.
• Prepare food for service as designated by brands standards.
• Keep serving line clean and neat at all times.
• At end of shift, clean and break down serving line as instructed, for next shift.
