About The Position
The Holiday Inn Express Bettendorf (formerly Cambria Hotel) is seeking a full-time Breakfast Attendant to help create a great start to guests' mornings. The position is with Frontier Hospitality Group, a locally owned company since 1950, which operates eight hotels across five brands and emphasizes work/life harmony for its employees.
Requirements
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends/holidays
- Ability to pass annual food safety course
- Standing, walking, and lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds
Responsibilities
- Sets up breakfast according to operational policies and standards
- Maintains sanitation and cleanliness in the breakfast and kitchen area in compliance with local county and city health department standards
- Observes and monitors guests attending to their needs
- Ensures food is hot and continually replenished and presented in an appealing manner
- Clears and cleans tables quickly and quietly
- Checks floor for debris, etc.
- Maintains dispensing machines, operating equipment, and serving utensils in a neat and clean manner to ensure maximum job efficiency and an appealing presentation
