About The Position
Welcome to our team! We are excited to have you join us as our Breakfast Attendant . In this role, you will be an integral part of our service team. You will be responsible for providing a great start to our guests' day by delivering a friendly, efficient and safe breakfast experience. Your duties will include setting up the breakfast buffet, replenishing food items as needed, ensuring that all food items meet health and safety standards, and interacting with guests to ensure their satisfaction. Requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow directions and complete tasks as assigned
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Working knowledge of basic food preparation techniques
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Working knowledge of kitchen equipment and tools
- Ability to lift 25 pounds
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and answer questions
- Prepare and serve breakfast items such as eggs, pancakes, bacon, waffles, oatmeal, etc.
- Ensure that breakfast areas are stocked and clean
- Take orders and process payments
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and utensils
- Ensure food safety standards are met
- Ensure that all areas are clean and tidy
- Maintain a positive and friendly work environment
- Assist in other kitchen duties as needed
