About The Position

Drury Hotels is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to ensure happy, delicious hot breakfasts are possible for our guests. This role involves creating exceptional, positive experiences for diverse team members and guests, preparing, serving, and cleaning up free hot breakfasts, and fostering a warm, comfortable, and relaxing environment. The attendant will also be responsible for maintaining food safety standards, appropriate inventory and supply levels, and ensuring the breakfast and lobby area are clean and well-organized. A key aspect of the role is providing courteous, friendly guest service with a +1 Service attitude to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Requirements

• Ability to conduct accurate inventory of food items and calculate order levels.
• Knowledge of hotel accommodations, the community, and breakfast hours.
• Warm and friendly manner in communicating with guests and creating a happy, comfortable, relaxing atmosphere.
• Ability to speak and receive direction (written and verbal direction) in English.
