About The Position

The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for providing an exceptional breakfast experience for hotel guests by ensuring the breakfast area is properly set up, well stocked, clean, and welcoming. This position plays an important role in delivering excellent guest service while maintaining high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and presentation.

Requirements

  • Ability to work early morning shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous food service or hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and set up the breakfast area prior to the start of service, including food items, beverages, utensils, and serving equipment.
  • Ensure all breakfast items are fresh, properly displayed, and replenished throughout the service period.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, floors, and serving stations.
  • Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner and assist with any guest requests or questions.
  • Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure brand standards are maintained.
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines.
  • Maintain adequate stock of breakfast items, supplies, and utensils.
  • Break down the breakfast area after service and properly store food and supplies.
  • Assist with washing dishes, cleaning equipment, and disposing of waste.
  • Report any maintenance issues, safety concerns, or inventory needs to management.
