The Fairfield Inn and Suites is looking for a breakfast attendant to add to our strong team! We are looking for those who are willing to develop our team culture, utilizing their skills to create an environment dedicated to thoughtful and attentive service with a focus customer experience. The hotel breakfast attendant is an important role at any full-service hotel in providing the guest with the total “Guest Experience.” You are the go-to person the guest will come to for ideas on how to make their visit the most it can be…and you – armed with the knowledge of the area's best expected attractions – makes their stay memorable for years to come. Responsibilities

Maintaining a clean dining room, service area and food and beverage area.
Provide professional, competent, and prompt service with attention to guest needs.
Arrive to work in uniform with a smile and “Can-do” attitude.
Restock food and supplies as needed to ensure consistent service.
Continuous cleaning of area to provide all guests the same experience regardless of their breakfast arrival.
Be knowledgeable on the general area and engage in conversation with guests on plans for the day.
Be a source of information on area needs such as grocery shopping, post office, highways and entertainment.
Communicate to management any guest concerns that need to be addressed.
