About The Position

Holiday Inn Express - Moline is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to help create a great start to our guests' mornings! This position offers a flexible schedule, allowing for 2 to 5 days of work per week, and provides the opportunity for cross-training in other departments. Frontier Hospitality Group, a locally owned company since 1950, operates eight hotels and is committed to work/life harmony for its employees.

Requirements

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Ability to pass annual food safety course.
• Standing, walking, and lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Sets up breakfast according to operational policies and standards.
• Maintains sanitation and cleanliness in the breakfast and kitchen area in compliance with local health department standards.
• Observes and monitors guests, attending to their needs.
• Ensures food is hot, continually replenished, and presented in an appealing manner.
• Clears and cleans tables quickly and quietly.
• Checks floor for debris.
• Maintains dispensing machines, operating equipment, and serving utensils in a neat and clean manner for maximum job efficiency and appealing presentation.
