Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or customer service
Friendly and welcoming demeanor
Ability to interact professionally with guests and address their needs
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation guidelines
Ability to prepare and handle food safely
Willingness to work collaboratively with coworkers
Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks or guest demands

Responsibilities

Ensure guests have a positive dining experience during breakfast service
Prepare and set up the breakfast buffet or menu items
Ensure food is fresh, properly displayed, and replenished as needed
Follow food safety and sanitation standards
Greet guests warmly and address their questions or needs
Assist with special requests (e.g., dietary restrictions)
Keep the breakfast area clean and organized, including tables, counters, and buffet stations
Restock supplies like plates, utensils, and condiments
Monitor inventory and report low supplies to management
Assist with receiving and storing deliveries
Adhere to health and safety guidelines
Follow hotel policies and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for guests
