About The Position

We are currently seeking an extraordinary Breakfast Attendant/ Banquet Server. This role is responsible for the overall success of the Hotel's breakfast service and Banquet meetings, ensuring guest satisfaction and product quality standards are met. The Breakfast Attendant/ Banquet Server acts as a key point of reference for guests while preparing and serving food and beverage products in the hotel breakfast or banquet area. You are responsible for ensuring everything is set up to standard and presented in a timely fashion.

Responsibilities

Cooking and assembling the breakfast service before mealtime and disassembling it thereafter
Ensuring breakfast items are replenished and available to guests during breakfast hours according to standard
Maintain cleanliness of entire breakfast area including equipment during and after breakfast hours
Wash dishes, clean kitchen and maintain daily temp logs
Assist with inventory, ordering and receiving of all food and beverage items
Follows all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Provide information and assistance to all guests and vendors
Cleaning and sanitizing tables, countertops, and floors after each meal service
Maintain a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times, while providing personalized service to hotel guests
Assist in servicing Banquet area
Set up all coffee breaks, food breaks, plates and utensils in accordance with event requirements and standards
Ensuring a wonderful experience from beginning to end while maintaining high standards of safety and cleanliness
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as needed for banquet service
Removing each round of dirty plates, and replenishing utensils
