About The Position

We are looking for a Full-Time Year-Round Breakfast Associate to join our team at the Hampton Inn Ellsworth. In this role, you will help provide a welcoming breakfast experience for our guests by preparing and replenishing breakfast items, keeping the dining area clean and organized, and making sure guests have everything they need to start their day. You will play an important part in maintaining a clean, inviting, and well-stocked breakfast area while providing friendly and attentive service. Requirements

Previous hospitality, food service, or customer service experience preferred but not required
Friendly, positive, and guest-focused attitude
Reliable and dependable
Strong attention to cleanliness and detail
Ability to work independently and stay organized while managing multiple tasks
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed
Ability to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

Prepare, set up, and replenish breakfast items throughout the morning
Ensure the breakfast area is clean, organized, and welcoming for guests
Monitor food levels and restock items as needed
Maintain proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards
Keep tables, counters, serving areas, and equipment clean throughout breakfast service
Assist guests with questions and requests and provide friendly, attentive service
Monitor the breakfast area and remove dishes, trash, and other items as needed
Complete opening and closing breakfast duties
Assist with receiving, organizing, and storing breakfast supplies
Communicate food, supply, or equipment needs to the appropriate team member
Help maintain a clean and organized kitchen and storage areas
Follow hotel standards and procedures for breakfast service, cleanliness, and safety
Work cooperatively with the Front Desk, Housekeeping, and other hotel departments
Assist with additional hotel duties as needed
