  • Order electrical parts in coordination with purchasing teams and manage delivery timing.
  • Coordinate electrical breadboard construction with operations and high-voltage teams in the electrical laboratory.
  • Create electrical systems test plans according to vehicle feature content.
  • Manage ECU software configuration, maintenance, and testing on breadboards in support of milestone delivery.
  • Execute validation testing for each new software and hardware release and meet DV efficiency objectives.
  • Determine program content affecting electrical DV; identify new technology, required test time, and complexity drivers; and analyze the number of breadboards needed to complete testing by milestone.
  • Establish electrical DV plans and configure electronic Design Verification System, JIRA, Testrail, and FEDE to support those plans.
  • Create pre-test documentation using systems including ELMS and SPROUT.
  • Ensure appropriate test direction for DV, FMVSS, and ECE testing, and as needed, development and production validation.
