About The Position

Production Assistants prepare, package, and label product for display and sale according to standards, including the precise measurement of ingredients. This is a full-time hourly position with an estimated pay range of $18.00 to $19.00 depending on qualifications and experience. Candidates must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Review production plan
• Reading and understanding recipes
• Execute production of bread products based on established guidelines
• Package and label bread for display
• Adhere to all health, sanitation, and safety regulations
• Assist in other duties, as assigned
• Greet customers with a friendly smile and positive attitude, ensuring that each customer feels welcome and appreciated.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth operation of the store, offering assistance and support where needed.
• Improve and maintain the efficiency of the store in order to reach success.
• Be a positive ambassador for the store, representing our S.T.E.W. values in all interactions with customers and team members.
