Bread Lead (Salary)
About The Position
The Bread Lead will work hand in hand with Greg Wade, the 2019 James Beard Award winner for Outstanding Bread Baker, and assist in running an efficient and profitable store operation at Publican Quality Bread. The role is responsible for ensuring the store meets company standards in sales, staffing, product quality, visual merchandising, and operations. The Bread Lead will help provide guests with excellent, quality products and fast, friendly service, enforce procedures alongside the Managing Partner, and help train new employees. Flexible availability is needed. Candidates must have experience with bakery management and bread baking.
