About The Position

This position is responsible for operating machinery to ensure the continuous flow of product through the production process and ensuring proper ingredients/supplies are being used on the line. The operator is responsible for monitoring and adjusting machine settings as needed and notifying the supervisor if machines require maintenance, all while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. This role involves keeping breader/predust and batter machines at proper ingredient usage levels, maintaining a clean work area, assisting with line setup at the start of the shift, and aiding in the clean-up and sanitation of the line following USDA/TYSON guidelines. All other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

Must be able to follow safe work practices including the use of personal protective equipment when required.
Must be able to follow all sanitary procedures and policies.
Candidate must have 6 months of operator experience within the current 12 months timeframe.
All applicants must provide their government identification number so the system can verify any previous Tyson employment history.
The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
