About The Position
An HVAC manufacturer is seeking mechanically inclined individuals with brazing or metal-joining experience to assist with the production of heating and cooling equipment. This position involves brazing copper tubing and related components, preparing materials for joining, operating torches and shop tools, inspecting completed connections, and following production and safety procedures. Day and night shifts are available. Pay starts at $18.00 per hour, with weekly pay. The role is described as long-term temp-to-hire.
Requirements
- Familiarity with copper tubing and fittings.
- Strong hand tool skills.
- Attention to detail and safe torch operation.
Nice To Haves
- Brazing, soldering, HVAC, refrigeration, or related experience is preferred.
