About The Position
An HVAC manufacturer is seeking mechanically inclined individuals with brazing or metal-joining experience to assist with production of heating and cooling equipment. This is a full-time, long-term temp-to-hire position, with day and night shifts available. Pay starts at $18.00, with weekly pay.
Requirements
- Brazing, soldering, HVAC, refrigeration, or related experience preferred.
- Familiarity with copper tubing and fittings.
- Strong hand tool skills.
- Attention to detail and safe torch operation.
Responsibilities
- Braze copper tubing and related components.
- Prepare and position materials for joining.
- Use torches and appropriate shop tools.
- Inspect completed connections for quality.
- Follow production and safety procedures.
