We boldly go. The Brazer is responsible for joining materials together in the production process by melting a filler metal to create a finished product. This role involves performing repetitive brazing operations with minimal variation, setting up and brazing basic assemblies, and making minor adjustments to the brazing process as needed. The Brazer works under direct supervision and follows standard work procedures to ensure quality requirements are met.

Requirements

  • Experience in a production environment, preferably in brazing or a related field.
  • Ability to pass a preliminary ability test to begin training.
  • Basic mathematical skills, including the ability to interpret fractions, decimals, multiplication, and division.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset.
  • Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.

Nice To Haves

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Basic understanding of metallurgy and brazing techniques is a plus.

Responsibilities
