About The Position

As a Brazer, you’ll be trained to join and assemble copper and metal components with precision. Your work is critical to ensuring strength, quality, and performance in every coil we produce. This role supports our night shift operation with typical hours from 7:00 PM – 5:30 AM. Overtime is common as we continue expanding this area of the business, offering strong earning potential for those willing to put in the hours. This opportunity is open to anyone interested in building a skill in manufacturing—no prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Braze copper and metal components using proper techniques
• Set up and maintain brazing equipment
• Inspect joints to ensure strength, quality, and leak-free performance
• Read work instructions and follow production specifications
• Handle materials safely and efficiently
• Work as part of the production team to meet daily output goals
