The Branded Merchandise Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, acting as the face and subject-matter expert of our branded merchandise practice. In this role, you will partner strategically with Account Executives to identify and support client growth opportunities. You’ll lead large, complex client programs—from creative product ideation and solution development to logistics, operations, and ordering best practices—while also supporting production and billing processes with the help of internal teams.
