About The Position
Reiss is hiring a part-time Brand Specialist to join its Palm Beach Gardens concession at Bloomingdale’s. The role supports the day-to-day running of the store and helps ensure sales and operational goals are met and exceeded. The Brand Specialist delivers elevated customer service, contributes to an inspiring store environment, supports store operations, and represents the Reiss brand. Requirements
- Previous experience within a premium or luxury retail environment.
- Experience acting as a brand ambassador.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional customer service experience.
- Support the opening and closing of the store.
- Ensure sales targets are continuously met.
- Work to meet store KPIs.
- Act as the face of the brand for the store.
- Support the day-to-day running of the store and help meet and exceed sales and operational goals.
