About The Position

The Brand Specialist supports the development, execution, and maintenance of the Nachurs Alpine Solutions (NAS) brand strategy to ensure a consistent, compelling brand presence across all channels. This role works closely with the marketing team and partners cross-functionally with sales and technology/agronomists, as well as external to media/publishers or other vendors.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in brand marketing, marketing communications, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of branding principles and marketing channels
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with creative teams and vendors
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

  • Experience in the agriculture industry is desired

  • Know how to write creative briefs and work with Adobe Suite

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage large events, including the NAS annual meeting and significant annual tradeshow, with marketing support.
  • Support the development of brand positioning, messaging, and narrative aligned with business and growth objectives.
  • Assist with brand strategy execution across campaigns, content, channels, and customer touchpoints while partnering cross-functionally with sales and technology/agronomists.
  • Collaborate with creative marketing team on campaigns, content, and assets.
  • Partner with key publishers, advertiser channels, promotional vendors, and other outside vendors to execute the branding strategy.
  • Manage brand-related projects and timelines, ensuring on time and high-quality delivery.
  • Support product launches and marketing initiatives to ensure brand alignment.
  • Manage internal branded clothing webstore.
  • Support management of marketing brand budget.
  • Monitor brand health metrics (awareness, sentiment, engagement, etc.) and translate findings into action.
  • Conduct market, consumer, and competitive analyses to refine brand strategy and uncover insights.
