About The Position
ThirdLove, a premium intimates apparel company, is seeking enthusiastic and knowledgeable Brand Representatives. This role involves merchandising products, educating customers, and training store associates while representing the ThirdLove brand in retail locations. The company was founded on the belief that beautiful, comfortable bras should not be difficult to find, aiming to provide an exceptional fit and comfort without compromise.
Requirements
- Previous experience with women’s premium intimates brands required
- Merchandising experience preferred
- Friendly, outgoing personality with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to problem-solve and manage time independently
- Comfort with technology and ability to install and navigate the ThirdChannel app
- A smart device with internet access ( iOS 15.0+ or Android 10.0+ required )
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within an assigned territory
Responsibilities
- Merchandise and maintain brand displays
- Move back stock to the sales floor as needed
- Train store associates, with a primary focus on what ThirdLove is known for and what sets the brand apart
- Engage with customers to educate and drive brand awareness
- Capture photos, observations, and feedback during each visit
- Submit detailed reports through our mobile app to support brand presentation and retail execution improvements
