About The Position

ThirdLove, a premium intimates apparel company, is seeking enthusiastic and knowledgeable Brand Representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising products, educating customers, and training store associates while representing the ThirdLove brand in retail locations. This is a 1099 contract position offering supplemental income for passionate brand advocates. Visits to each store are typically one to two times per month and last 1-2 hours, with representatives covering 1-2 stores per market on average.

Requirements

• Previous experience with women’s premium intimates brands required
• Merchandising experience preferred
• Friendly, outgoing personality with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to problem-solve and manage time independently
• Comfort with technology and ability to install and navigate the ThirdChannel app
• A smart device with internet access (iOS 15.0+ or Android 10.0+ required)
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within an assigned territory

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and maintain brand displays
• Move back stock to the sales floor as needed
• Train store associates, with a primary focus on what ThirdLove is known for and what sets the brand apart
• Engage with customers to educate and drive brand awareness
• Capture photos, observations, and feedback during each visit
• Submit detailed reports through our mobile app to support brand presentation and retail execution improvements
