About The Position

We’re looking for a Reputation & Brand Excellence Admin to help protect and elevate the online reputation of a well-established, global consumer brand. This is a newly created role with real impact, visibility, and the opportunity to shape how customer feedback is tracked and resolved across multiple markets. This role acts as the connector between public feedback and internal resolution. If you’re detail-driven, organized, and motivated by improving customer experience and brand perception, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a real impact.

Requirements

  • Excellent written English and strong communication skills
  • Highly organized with a sharp eye for detail
  • Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and content management systems
  • Strong Excel skills and confidence using Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office
  • A calm, professional approach when dealing with sensitive or negative feedback
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Must be based in a U.S. time zone

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and track online reviews, with a focus on anything below four stars
  • Log and manage reviews within an internal CMS system
  • Connect reviews to customer records and identify the appropriate next steps
  • Coordinate closely with customer relations teams to ensure issues are addressed
  • Track progress and follow up to help guide reviews toward resolution
  • Maintain a clear pulse on overall brand sentiment and feedback trends
