About The Position

We are hiring Brand Promotions Assistants to support in-person marketing campaigns, promotional events, retail activations, and customer engagement initiatives. No previous marketing experience is required. Paid training is provided. Requirements

18 years of age or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
A high school graduate or have a GED
Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking with people
Motivated to learn and develop new skills
Dependable, professional, and punctual
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, face-to-face environment
Interested in marketing, customer service, sales, events, communications, or business

Experienced in retail, hospitality, restaurants, customer service, sales, or events

Responsibilities

Represent brands at retail locations, community events, promotional events, and live activations
Speak with customers and community members in a friendly, professional manner
Create positive customer experiences through face-to-face interaction
Explain products, services, promotions, and brand information
Assist with event setup, displays, promotional materials, and event breakdown
Help increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and new customer acquisition
Answer questions and provide helpful information to customers
Work alongside an energetic team to successfully execute daily marketing campaigns
Learn proven techniques for customer service, marketing, sales, and public communication
