About The Position

Black Optix Tint, a leading automotive restyling and window tint franchise brand, is seeking a Brand President to lead strategy, growth, and performance across our expanding franchise network. This executive role is responsible for driving brand vision, operational excellence, and market expansion while ensuring consistency and profitability across all locations. The Brand President will set the strategic direction for Black Optix Tint and oversee all core business functions, including operations, franchise development, marketing, finance, training, and field support. This leader will act as the face of the brand—both internally and externally—while building scalable systems to support aggressive growth goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in franchise operations, franchise development, or multi-unit environments
  • Proven experience managing P&L across a multi-location brand
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills
  • Ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and project management abilities
  • Franchise experience required

Responsibilities

  • Provide visionary leadership and execute the brand’s long-term strategic plan
  • Serve as the brand ambassador at industry events, media engagements, and franchise conventions
  • Oversee all functional areas to ensure strong, consistent franchise performance
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to elevate brand awareness and customer engagement
  • Lead franchise development efforts, including sales strategy and expansion planning
  • Manage full P&L responsibility, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance tracking
  • Analyze performance metrics to drive data-informed decisions and continuous improvement
  • Identify new market opportunities and establish scalable business models for growth
