About The Position

Courtyard is seeking a Sr. Manager of Brand Marketing to define and scale the next chapter of the Courtyard brand. This role sits at the intersection of brand strategy, creative campaign development, culture, partnerships and storytelling. You’ll help shape how Courtyard shows up in the world, building campaigns, moments and experiences that grow awareness and drive conversation to strengthen our position as the leader in Entertainment Shopping. This is a highly cross-functional role that requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. Requirements

  • 6-10+ years of experience in brand marketing, product marketing, or integrated marketing.
  • Experience building campaigns for consumer-facing brands.
  • Strong strategic thinking paired with exceptional execution skills.
  • Comfortable moving between high-level planning and day-to-day operational work.
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional leadership abilities.
  • Strong creative instinct and storytelling skills.
  • Experience working with creators, partnerships, and PR.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in high-growth consumer businesses, sports, entertainment, or gaming is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Help define and evolve Courtyard’s brand strategy, positioning, messaging and narrative.
  • Develop frameworks that strengthen brand consistency across every customer touchpoint.
  • Translate business objectives into brand initiatives that drive awareness, consideration and affinity.
  • Help establish Courtyard as the category-defining leader in Entertainment Shopping.
  • Lead integrated brand campaigns from concept through execution.
  • Build tentpole marketing moments around major launches, partnerships, cultural events and new categories.
  • Develop campaign briefs and partner closely with Creative, Product Marketing, Social, CRM, Community and Partnerships.
  • Ensure campaigns are measurable and connected to business outcomes.
  • Identify cultural moments, trends and opportunities that can help Courtyard break through.
  • Develop programs that create conversation and increase earned attention.
  • Help shape how Courtyard participates in sports, entertainment, gaming, collectibles and broader consumer culture.
  • Help bring brand campaigns to life through creators, events, media, and community programs.
  • Evaluate opportunities through both brand impact and business value.
  • Build annual and quarterly brand marketing roadmaps.
  • Manage agency relationships, freelancers and production partners when needed.
  • Establish a reporting framework to measure campaign success.
  • Drive alignment across multiple internal stakeholders and workstreams.
