Moonbug Entertainment, an award-winning global entertainment company, is seeking a Brand Marketing Director for its CoComelon brand. CoComelon is a leading kids' entertainment brand, recognized as the #1 kids' show on Netflix and the most-viewed franchise on YouTube globally. The brand is expanding into a multi-format universe, including animated series, live-action shows, partnerships, and an upcoming theatrical film. This role is crucial for driving the global affinity and growth of the CoComelon portfolio, leading marketing plans from conception to execution, with results measured in audience and revenue growth. The Brand Marketing Director will work with research partners to understand audience insights, optimize exposure through marketing and distribution channels, collaborate with brand partners for a holistic brand experience, and implement marketing plans while analyzing their impact. This position requires a marketing or similar degree, previous brand marketing experience (ideally in entertainment/kids' business), a passion for digital media, and a deep understanding of the marketing funnel and its ability to drive commercial success while maintaining brand health. The ideal candidate is autonomous, self-organized, creative, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and possesses strong communication skills. They must be proactive, process-driven, meet deadlines, and excel in a fast-paced, international, collaborative environment. This role involves working closely with marketing, social media, creative, communications, franchise, and research teams to deliver world-class experiences.
