About The Position

BranchLab is seeking a Brand & Marketing Designer to contribute to the visual identity of the company across brand, marketing, sales, and client experience. This role involves collaborating with various teams to create high-quality visual materials that support BranchLab’s growth and market presence. The ideal candidate is creative, collaborative, organized, and can execute with polish, enjoying the process of bringing new ideas to life and seeing their work impact brand perception and client engagement. The designer will support traditional marketing design and the development of BranchLab DNA, our personalized client experience system, including brand guidelines, presentation systems, sales materials, event assets, motion graphics, and website support.

Requirements

  • 3-6+ years of experience in brand design, marketing design, graphic design, multimedia design, or a related creative role.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating excellent visual design, layout, typography, branding, presentation design, and visual storytelling.
  • High proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere, and Acrobat.
  • Strong proficiency designing in Microsoft PowerPoint; experience creating executive-ready and sales-ready presentations is essential.
  • Experience creating sales decks, pitch materials, one-pagers, campaign assets, social graphics, event materials, digital marketing assets, and swag.
  • Familiarity with AI creative tools and a strong interest in using AI to improve creative workflows, experimentation, and output quality.
  • Strong understanding of visual storytelling and how design can clarify complex ideas and make a brand more memorable.
  • Ability to work quickly, explore multiple directions, and iterate based on feedback.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working with marketing, sales, product, and senior leadership.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, curious, and comfortable touching a wide range of creative materials, including website visuals, sales collateral, marketing campaigns, presentations, swag, motion, and client-facing assets.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience designing for B2B, SaaS, healthcare, pharma, analytics, enterprise software, or another complex industry is a plus.
  • Motion graphics and minor video editing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Expand and maintain the BranchLab visual identity across marketing, sales, digital, and client-facing materials.
  • Support the development of scalable brand guidelines, including typography, color, imagery, iconography, layout, motion, and visual storytelling principles.
  • Create design systems and reusable assets to ensure consistency and quality while allowing the company to move faster.
  • Ensure all materials are polished, thoughtful, differentiated, and aligned with BranchLab’s brand standards.
  • Bring fresh creative ideas and visual concepts to differentiate BranchLab in the market.
  • Design marketing assets for campaigns, social media, events, digital channels, and internal initiatives.
  • Partner with the VP of Marketing to support ongoing marketing priorities, campaign needs, and growth initiatives.
  • Create display ads, campaign graphics, website visuals, landing page assets, event materials, and other marketing deliverables.
  • Translate marketing strategy into clear, compelling, and visually engaging creative.
  • Develop materials that support demand generation, brand awareness, pipeline, and revenue growth.
  • Design high-quality sales collateral, including pitch decks, one-pagers, leave-behinds, client presentations, and executive-ready materials.
  • Build scalable Microsoft PowerPoint templates and presentation systems.
  • Create account-specific visual materials for priority customers.
  • Support tailored client narratives through strong layout, information design, and visual storytelling.
  • Make complex ideas, data, and product value easier to understand and more compelling to present.
  • Support the creation of personalized client experience materials for priority accounts.
  • Help develop account-specific design extensions, pitch systems, onboarding materials, and visual storytelling frameworks.
  • Create assets that connect BranchLab’s brand, sales narrative, marketing presence, and client experience.
  • Contribute to systems that allow personalized work to scale without becoming inconsistent or overly manual.
  • Help establish clear guardrails for what can be customized by account and what should remain consistent within the BranchLab identity.
  • Create motion graphics, lightweight animations, and short-form video assets.
  • Support minor video editing and post-production needs for marketing, social, sales, events, or internal communications.
  • Help bring BranchLab’s story to life through dynamic visual formats.
  • Collaborate with external multimedia vendors to ensure work aligns with BranchLab’s quality standards and brand direction.
  • Explore new ways to use motion, video, and interactive formats to improve storytelling and engagement.
  • Build reusable design templates for marketing, sales, presentations, events, and recurring business needs.
  • Maintain organized design files, asset libraries, template systems, and documentation.
  • Help create a more scalable design workflow for faster and more consistent production of high-quality materials.
  • Support asset management across still graphics, motion graphics, video files, presentation templates, and brand resources.
  • Reduce one-off design requests by creating systems that others can use confidently.
  • Use AI tools thoughtfully to accelerate design exploration, improve creative workflows, and increase output quality.
  • Leverage AI to generate visual directions, moodboards, concepts, imagery, layout options, motion ideas, and first-pass creative explorations.
  • Use AI as a creative partner while maintaining strong design judgment, taste, and brand standards.
  • Explore AI-assisted workflows for faster iteration across marketing, sales, presentations, social, event materials, and client-specific assets.
  • Develop reusable prompts, creative systems, and template approaches that help Marketing and Sales produce custom assets more efficiently.
  • Stay curious about emerging AI tools and proactively identify ways they can improve BranchLab’s creative speed, quality, and scalability.
  • Balance AI efficiency with thoughtful human design direction, ensuring all final work feels polished, intentional, and aligned with the BranchLab brand.
  • Work closely with the Creative Director, UX & Brand on design direction, brand standards, and creative execution.
  • Collaborate regularly with the VP of Marketing on campaign, content, brand, and growth needs.
  • Partner with Sales to create effective client-facing materials.
  • Collaborate with Product when brand, product storytelling, platform visuals, or client experience overlap.
  • Communicate clearly, manage feedback well, and work effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Operate well on a small team with regular deliverables, shifting priorities, and direct business impact.
