About The Position

An individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. SUMMARY: The Brand Manager will lead and implement global brand strategy. This person manages relationships with internal and external partners to deliver a stronger brand in the marketplace and business for the company. The Brand Manager will guide a cross-functional team of Merchandisers, Designers, and Operations to support brand-right product and distribution. Will work on Cross-functional teams to identify, develop, and deliver new ideas and brand strategies. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Brand Strategy Works with the Sr. Brand Director to develop and align global brand strategies, creating a road map for brand growth and health. Collaborates with all internal stakeholders to ensure alignment to brand strategy and excellence in implementation. Ensures all activities support brand strategy, including product, packaging, pricing, promotion, distribution, marketing, and research. Ensures timely planning and analysis to develop and support brand strategy and business development. Manages brand P&L including revenue, cost of goods, margin, SG&A, and inventory. Conduct market research to evaluate competitive landscape, market pricing, and product opportunities. Relationship Management Builds and maintains strong license relationship, ensuring alignment and maximizing opportunities. Directs design and marketing efforts with internal and external partners to deliver exceptional brand materials, campaigns, and digital presence. Works with sales to support retail partnerships and drives distribution strategies in alignment with brand objectives. This includes developing of retail-facing materials, providing support during retail meetings as needed, and conducting analysis to identify and close distribution gaps. Utilizes qualitative and quantitative insights supporting the development and implementation of winning brand strategies. Works with Design, Merchandising and R&D to identify product innovations that support brand growth. Creates brand advocacy and connectivity across all internal and external stakeholders. Manages Merchandising and Graphic Design teams to ensure brand strategy and business goals are met. Coaches reporting brand team to build skills, grow and contribute. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

  • Collaborative approach with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.

Nice To Haves
