About The Position

Post Consumer Brands, a business unit of Post Holdings, Inc., is seeking a strategic, execution-oriented Brand Manager to lead its Private Label Nut Butters portfolio. This role involves driving strategy, shaping innovation, and delivering annual plan results in close partnership with the Senior Director. The Brand Manager will serve as a central business leader, connecting insights, strategy, and execution across product, packaging, pricing, and go-to-market. The position requires sharp analysis, strong storytelling, and confident cross-functional influence to ensure the business remains aligned and continues to grow. The role offers the opportunity to have real ownership, lead cross-functional teams, build future products, and contribute to the company's purpose of making delicious food accessible for all.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required (Marketing or Finance preferred)
  • Minimum 5+ years in Brand Management/Marketing (or related)
  • Private Label experience required
  • Strong analytical horsepower and comfort using data to drive decisions
  • Clear, confident communicator—written, verbal, and customer-facing
  • Able to work independently while thriving in cross-functional, collaborative teams
  • Experience with Category and Consumer Insights
  • Results-oriented, agile, and energized by a fast-moving environment
  • Strong collaboration and influence skills

Responsibilities

  • Set portfolio strategy by partnering with the Senior Director to develop and refine the strategic direction for Private Label Nut Butters, and translating strategic priorities into clear initiatives that drive growth and strengthen competitiveness.
  • Own P&L and operating plan delivery by owning the delivery of annual operating plan results for the Nut Butters business, making decisions that directly impact the portfolio P&L, and partnering with Finance to build pricing strategies tied to commodity trends, competitive benchmarks, and margin targets.
  • Track pricing adjustments to ensure financial goals are achieved.
  • Lead business analysis & forecasting by analyzing performance by segment, SKU, customer, and channel to generate short- and long-term forecasts, monitoring volume trends, pipeline opportunities, and business risks to inform monthly demand and supply planning, and turning insights into actions that improve growth, margin, and customer outcomes.
  • Drive innovation & new product development (NPD) by monitoring category trends, competitive activity, and customer strategies to identify differentiation opportunities, serving as project charter owner for new Private Brand Nut Butter initiatives, leading cross-functional collaboration (R&D, Operations, QFS, Finance, Commercialization) to deliver products that meet cost, quality, and customer requirements, and partnering with Sales to build compelling sell-in materials and customer presentations.
