The Brand Manager role is centered around creating energy, relevance, and cultural presence within the hotel and local market. The Brand Manager activates lobbies, restaurants, bars, public spaces, and guest experiences through thoughtfully curated events, partnerships, pop-ups, and collaborations that position The Hoxton as a hub for guests and locals alike. The position is based on property in Chicago, supporting both The Hoxton, Chicago and The Hoxton, Williamsburg. This role reports operationally to the hotel General Manager(s), with a dotted-line accountability to SHG’s marketing leadership to ensure alignment around brand standards, discipline-specific expectations, marketing accountability, and strategic direction.
