About The Position

As a Brand Manager on the Dairy Marketing Team, you will be a key leader within the US Marketing organization, responsible for driving the strategy and success of brands within our dairy portfolio. In this role, you will champion your brands to advance our mission of supporting dairy producers and the animals in their care. You will partner closely with sales, finance, and technical teams to build and execute impactful marketing plans that deliver on both customer needs and Elanco’s financial goals. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow as a marketer and make a significant contribution to a core segment of our business.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Ag Marketing, Agribusiness, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management or marketing.
Demonstrated experience in developing and executing strategic marketing plans.
Proven ability to understand data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L statements.

Nice To Haves

Experience within the animal health or dairy industry.
MBA or advanced degree in a related field.
Proven ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
Experience with marketing analytics and business intelligence tools.
Demonstrated ability to anticipate and resolve complex problems.
