About The Position

A healthcare marketing founder with significant expertise, podcast history, and stage presence needs a personal brand that reflects their accomplishments. This role involves building and managing that brand end-to-end, including strategy, scriptwriting, on-camera direction, editing oversight, daily publishing across five platforms, and converting audience engagement into podcast invitations and speaking bookings. This is a strategic role, not a social media coordinator position, requiring the individual to develop their own content calendar and drive the brand's growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience growing a real account (own, creator's, or founder's) with demonstrable numbers.
  • Strong writing skills: hooks, scripts, long-form posts, and cold pitches.
  • Working knowledge of filming and editing.
  • Fluency across YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, with an understanding of platform-specific content.
  • Ability to read analytics and make data-driven decisions.
  • Confident and effective use of AI tools for content production.
  • Comfort directing senior individuals and providing honest feedback.
  • Self-management skills to meet daily deadlines without supervision.
  • Full-time commitment.

  • Brief the video editor, review every cut, and keep content on schedule.
  • Publish daily across YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, ensuring each post is native to its platform.
  • Rebuild the founder's website to facilitate invitations and bookings from podcast hosts and event organizers.
  • Pitch podcasts and event programmers directly, and track the pipeline through to confirmed bookings.
  • Review performance data weekly and discontinue ineffective strategies.
