About The Position

As Lawhive’s first Brand Lead, you’ll work with our Founders to define and scale Lawhive’s brand at a pivotal moment of growth as we continue to build our presence in the US. You’ll craft our positioning, voice, and visual identity from the ground up. From shaping our narrative to leading brand integration through acquisitions, you’ll build a brand architecture that scales as we do. You’ll drive high-impact campaigns, set the creative bar, and ensure every touchpoint reinforces who we are and why we win.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in brand building, with a proven track record of establishing brands in competitive markets
  • Experience with both B2B and B2C Brand Marketing
  • Experience building a brand from the ground up or significantly repositioning an existing brand
  • Deep understanding of brand strategy, positioning, and architecture
  • Portfolio demonstrating exceptional creative judgment and execution across multiple channels
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments
  • Strong storytelling skills with the ability to craft narratives that resonate across diverse audiences

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy, establishing Lawhive's positioning, voice, and visual identity
  • Create brand guidelines and frameworks that can scale across acquired companies and new markets
  • Define our brand narrative and messaging architecture to establish Lawhive as a leader in the legaltech landscape
  • Build and execute integrated marketing campaigns that establish Lawhive as a category leader
  • Develop partnerships and collaborations that elevate brand visibility in key audiences
  • Craft compelling brand stories that resonate with legal professionals, clients, and stakeholders
  • Develop brand integration strategies for acquired companies, building a unified brand architecture
  • Partner with our Corporate Development team to ensure smooth brand transitions that maintain customer trust
  • Create playbooks for brand consolidation and portfolio management
  • Lead creative development across all channels including digital, social, events, partnerships, and traditional media
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure brand consistency across the customer journey
  • Build and manage relationships with agencies, freelancers, and creative partners
  • Define brand KPIs and tracking methodologies to measure awareness, perception, etc.
  • Use data and insights to continuously refine brand strategy and creative execution
  • Report on brand health and impact to executive leadership
