About The Position

Standard Bots is America’s industrial robot company. We’re building the world's most accessible robotics platform to bring AI-native automation into manufacturing and beyond to propel human productivity toward a more abundant future. We're looking for a Marketing Designer who can own the visual execution of our brand across every customer touchpoint: from tradeshow floors to webpages to social media to sales decks. This role is for a designer who moves fast, sweats the details, and takes pride in making things look beautiful and compelling across a wide range of formats and media. You'll be the primary hands-on design resource for the marketing team, executing assets across print, digital, video, and web while helping shape and maintain the visual standards that define how Standard Bots shows up in the world.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of relevant design experience, ideally in-house at a brand or at an agency working on brand and marketing execution.
  • A strong generalist with proven skills across digital content, web UX/UI, print, and video. Someone who can move between formats without missing a beat.
  • Love for conversion rate optimization and A/B testing.
  • Sharp eye for typography, layout, and visual consistency.
  • Proficiency in our standard toolkit: Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Webflow.
  • Ability to work independently and take a brief from concept to final asset with minimal hand-holding.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience designing for industrial, hardware, or B2B technology brands.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment where priorities can shift quickly.
  • Familiarity with trade show or experiential design at scale.
  • Based in or near New York, or open to hybrid work.

Responsibilities

  • Own the design and production of marketing assets including event and trade show collateral, print brochures and sales decks, web pages and blog graphics, social assets and email designs, swag, and more.
  • Lightweight video editing including clipping raw footage into social shareable assets and adding on-screen text, light motion graphics, audio narration and music.
  • Retouch and adapt photography including colorization, graphic overlays, and cropping for multiple formats and aspect ratios.
  • Design responsive UX/UI in Figma and collaborate in developer implementation in Webflow.
  • Uphold and evolve brand visual guidelines in close partnership with key stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects with varying timelines and stakeholders.

Benefits

  • All Full-Time Employees are eligible for Employee Stock Options.
  • We also offer a package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees.
