About The Position

This person owns the commercial performance of our core online assortment: the products that are already proving themselves. The work is about spotting what is selling and pushing it harder through ad spend coordination with our media agency, imagery and video briefing, review strategy, affiliate and social exposure, and promotional timing. This role feeds assortment gaps back to merchandising and art, and measures whether each initiative actually moved the number. You will be growing what exists, optimizing what works, and compounding winners across our online channels.

Requirements

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace operations for a brand or agency.
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Vendor Central, Amazon Seller Central, or Mercado Libre.
  • Direct ownership of a SKU-level assortment and its revenue target; can clearly articulate what you scaled and what you killed, and why.
  • Self-serve data skills: pulls own SKU and category performance, builds pivot tables, forms hypotheses independently.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets required; comfort with Looker and GA4 expected.
  • Experience briefing and managing an external media agency: reading performance reports, challenging spend, and reallocating budgets.
  • Experience briefing creative (imagery, video, A+ content) and making quality judgments on deliverables.
  • English C1 or higher: this role participates in weekly US-based calls with agency, merchandising, and art teams.
  • Strong working knowledge of AI tools and a genuine interest in applying them to e-commerce workflows.
  • Education in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with n8n or other workflow automation tools; this role will inherit and help build internal tooling.
  • Familiarity with home decor, wall art, or lifestyle consumer goods categories.
  • Experience working with US-based companies in a remote, cross-border setup.

Responsibilities

  • Own SKU-level assortment performance across our marketplace channels; manage the revenue number and margin for the core product catalog.
  • Monitor and act on category and product performance data daily; pull your own reports, build the analysis, and form the hypothesis before anyone asks.
  • Brief and hold our external media agency accountable: read the reports, challenge the spend allocation, and reallocate budget toward what is working.
  • Brief creative teams on imagery, video, and A+ content needs; judge whether the asset is strong enough to publish, not just approve it.
  • Plan and execute promotional timing, pricing adjustments, and assortment refreshes based on sell-through data.
  • Identify gaps in the assortment and escalate to merchandising and art teams with a clear rationale backed by data.
  • Coordinate with the broader team on weekly US-based calls with agency, merchandising, and art stakeholders.
  • Use AI tools and automation to increase the speed and accuracy of your work; contribute to the team's evolving AI-powered workflows.
