About The Position

TRM Labs is seeking a Brand Growth Marketing Manager to enhance its talent brand reach and community presence. This role combines growth marketing, channel strategy, and community activation to ensure TRM's talent brand effectively connects with the right audiences at the right times. The manager will collaborate with the Talent Brand Storyteller to implement content across social media, events, partnerships, and technical communities, aiming to grow audiences, strengthen community relationships, and generate measurable engagement and pipeline. This is an individual contributor role with significant ownership, involving campaign execution, community and event management, channel testing, and data-driven performance improvement.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in growth marketing, community marketing, employer brand, events, or a related field.
  • Experience executing campaigns across social, community, event, or partnership channels.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives from planning through execution.
  • Experience supporting events, sponsorships, meetups, or community programs.
  • Familiarity with paid social and digital distribution, particularly LinkedIn.
  • Strong written communication and an eye for how content should be adapted across different channels.
  • Comfortable using data to evaluate performance and improve campaigns.
  • High ownership and resourcefulness, with the ability to move quickly in a high-growth environment.
  • Experience engaging engineering or technical audiences is a strong plus.
  • Experience using AI tools and agents to accelerate workflows while maintaining quality.

Responsibilities

  • Execute talent brand campaigns across organic and paid social, events, partnerships, and community channels.
  • Partner with Talent + Marketing teams to adapt and distribute content across channels and formats most likely to reach priority talent.
  • Coordinate TRM’s presence at conferences and events, including speaking submissions, sponsorships, promotional materials, and logistics.
  • Build relationships with technical communities, professional networks, universities, and other talent partners.
  • Help produce and host community programs, including meetups, panels, and virtual events.
  • Manage paid campaigns and sponsorships across LinkedIn, newsletters, and relevant technical communities.
  • Track campaign performance, community engagement, and talent pipeline influence; use insights to recommend improvements.
  • Identify and test new channels and programs that can expand TRM’s reach with priority talent segments.
