Does the idea of increasing bike and electric bike education, brand awareness and rider engagement get you pumped up? Do you love being in the field with the riders? This role involves activating rider-facing demo and events in your region that drive riders to retail, finding riders, getting them on Specialized bikes, and driving them to retail. You will work with the entire team to elevate the rider experience of the brand, coordinate logistics with the Field Sales team to drive Retailer Education, and collaborate with multiple teams across Specialized to bring the best experience to the rider. You will also coordinate with the USA Brand Development, Experience and Marketing team across all USA Activations, report on the results of your efforts, and maintain provided assets such as the Demo Fleet, Truck, and Trailer. The goal is to meet annually set goals to increase rider awareness and drive sell-through at Retail, while supporting the Specialized business and riders throughout the USA field. Must reside within territory.
