Brand Experience Lead

Majestic PhotoboothNashville, TN
$85,000 - $95,000Onsite

About The Position

Join the team behind the nation’s most iconic photobooths. Majestic Photobooth is redefining the modern photobooth experience. From luxury hotels and museums to iconic bars, restaurants, and global brands, we partner with clients to create unforgettable guest experiences through beautifully designed photobooths. As we continue to grow nationally, we're looking for a Brand Experience Lead to create the experiences, community, and physical brand presence that define the next chapter of Majestic. Majestic is entering a major growth chapter. After years of building a nationally recognized brand, we’re rapidly expanding our venue footprint, operational infrastructure, and experiential capabilities across the country. We’re building the systems, team, and technology to scale into the future of photobooths. That means this is an opportunity to join a fast-moving company where your work will directly shape how we grow. We're looking for an outgoing, highly organized relationship builder who loves bringing people together. This isn't a traditional marketing role. You'll create opportunities for people to experience the Majestic brand through unforgettable events, exceptional hospitality, community programming, public relations, industry presence, and the activation of Majestic's branded environments. Your mission is simple: Create experiences people remember and a brand people want to be part of. Working closely with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Leadership, you'll strengthen the Majestic brand by producing exceptional experiences, growing our community, and ensuring every interaction with Majestic feels intentional and memorable. This is a highly autonomous role for someone who can turn broad objectives into clear plans, manage competing priorities, and carry initiatives from idea through execution without the need for constant oversight.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in experiential marketing, brand marketing, hospitality marketing, event marketing, community building, or a related field.
  • A proven track record of planning and producing high-quality events, activations, or guest experiences from initial concept through execution and post-event follow-up.
  • Experience launching, programming, or activating hospitality, retail, showroom, lounge, event, or community spaces.
  • Experience developing new programs, events, or community initiatives from the ground up, rather than only managing established programs.
  • Experience sourcing and managing external vendors, venues, sponsors, production partners, agencies, or other collaborators.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • The confidence, professionalism, and judgment to represent Majestic with clients, executives, creators, industry leaders, media, and community partners.
  • Strong project-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events, budgets, vendors, deadlines, and stakeholders at the same time.
  • A self-directed working style, including the ability to identify priorities, organize your workload, and move initiatives forward with limited oversight.
  • Excellent judgment and attention to detail, with the ability to make thoughtful decisions that protect and elevate a premium brand.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop event concepts, briefs, proposals, presentations, schedules, and partner communications.
  • The ability to remain calm, organized, and solutions-oriented in fast-moving live-event environments.
  • Comfort working in an evolving environment where priorities may shift and projects may not begin with a fully defined playbook.
  • Availability to attend and host occasional evening and weekend events as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with hospitality, luxury, lifestyle, consumer, design, or experiential brands.
  • Experience using CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot; project-management tools such as Asana; and Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets or Excel.

  • Develop and execute programming that brings clients, collaborators, community members, and industry leaders into Majestic spaces.
  • Lead the launch and ongoing activation of new Majestic branded environments, creating memorable experiences that reflect the company's vision and elevate the guest experience.
  • Create a recurring calendar of networking events, workshops, product previews, private demonstrations, community gatherings, and brand experiences.
  • Curate every guest interaction to reflect Majestic's premium hospitality, design philosophy, and brand standards.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to use Majestic spaces as platforms for relationship building, customer engagement, product demonstrations, and memorable experiences.
  • Coordinate the vendors, production partners, hospitality details, and programming required to activate each space successfully.
  • Continuously evolve Majestic's branded environments through thoughtful programming and guest feedback.
  • Work alongside the Brand Content Producer to ensure every activation becomes compelling marketing content.

  • Support the Director of Marketing in executing Majestic's broader communications and industry-presence strategy.
  • Ensure important events, launches, collaborations, and milestones are positioned for maximum visibility.
  • Build clear project plans with timelines, milestones, budgets, responsibilities, and deliverables.
  • Manage multiple events, space activations, collaborations, and external partners simultaneously.
  • Source, evaluate, brief, and manage venues, caterers, production companies, rental partners, hospitality vendors, and other outside resources.
  • Track vendor contracts, invoices, deposits, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Maintain accurate event and activation budgets and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
  • Anticipate risks, resolve issues quickly, and keep projects moving without waiting for constant direction.
  • Create repeatable processes and documentation that make future events and activations easier to execute.
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Leadership to ensure Majestic's brand is consistently represented through exceptional experiences.
  • Work with Sales to identify the audiences, clients, and prospects who should be invited into Majestic experiences and spaces.
