About The Position

The Brand Director will build, lead, and develop the Creative Team. This role provides oversight and direction on all Creative Team initiatives and decisions, coaching the team to communicate Freedom Church’s voice and visual identity. The Brand Director will oversee branding elements and marketing strategies for all mass media, including traditional, digital, and social platforms, and approve all final creative assets. This position collaborates between the Lead Pastor and the Creative Team to bring series direction, illustrative ideas, and creative concepts to production for promotion. Additionally, the Brand Director will implement systems for all Creative Team requests, workflows, timelines, and deadlines, and steward the annual Creative and Marketing Budgets. Personal responsibilities include maintaining God-ordained priorities, inviting and investing in those far from God, financially supporting the vision of Freedom Church, adhering to the Policies and Procedures Handbook, and upholding the vision and staff of Freedom.

Requirements

  • Ability to build, lead, and develop a creative team.
  • Strong understanding of Freedom Church's voice and visual identity.
  • Experience overseeing branding elements and marketing strategies for traditional, digital, and social platforms.
  • Proficiency in approving final creative assets.
  • Experience collaborating with leadership to bring creative concepts to production.
  • Skill in implementing systems for requests, workflows, timelines, and deadlines.
  • Experience stewarding budgets.
  • Commitment to maintaining God-ordained priorities.
  • Commitment to inviting and investing in those far from God.
  • Willingness to financially support the vision of Freedom Church by bringing at least 10% of income.
  • Adherence to the Policies and Procedures Handbook.
  • Loyalty to the vision and staff of Freedom.

Responsibilities
